Two kinds of review
Researched reviews are based on the product's official information: its product page, specifications, ingredients or materials, and pricing, compared with the leading alternatives. We have not used the product, and these reviews say so.
Hands-on reviews include notes from a member of our team who has used the product. Only what that person actually found is described as first-hand experience.
How we write
We use software, including AI tools, to help draft and organise reviews. Every review is checked by a person before it is published: prices, specifications and claims are compared with the official source, and anything we cannot support is removed.
Scores
Each category has its own criteria, shown on every review. Scores compare a product with others in the same category; they are not lab measurements.
Health products
Our reviews of supplements and health products are not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a supplement, especially if you take medication.
Corrections
If something on a review is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check and correct it.
